Sometimes we wonder about the things that presidential candidates say during their campaigns.

Carol Moseley-Braun, the one-time senator from Illinois, had announced her candidacy for President of the United States in February 2003. A reporter asked her what her major was in college.

She is reported to have responded, "I'm going to guess it was political science, but I'm not sure. It might have been history. I'll check. I hadn't thought of that one." Brilliant.
